What is the Taste of SoFu?
The Taste of SoFu is a taste of art, a taste of food, and a taste of entertainment that represent the eight cities of South Fulton County (SoFu)! Shelia Mants and Michelle Taylor Willis combined their love of community and the arts to create Taste of SoFu and launch Shemi Enterprise, Inc. Shemi’s mission is to uplift local visual and performing artists, nonprofits, and small businesses by producing events and experiences that celebrate the intersection of art, commerce, and community. Each “SoFu” event, named for the first two letters of "South" and "Fulton," (like SoHo in New York), mixes the arts and community to deliver family-friendly, inclusive programming.
